- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I can't say they weren't efficient, but the young person (I have to say person, honestly not sure if it was a young lady or man), did not address me, did not make eye contact, did not take even a second break from his/her personal conversation with his/her coworker about band practice. I set my box down (preprinted label) he/she scanned it and handed me a receipt all without managing to utter a word to me. Extremely disappointing customer service, but he/she did get the job done. I brought in a second box from my car and had an instant replay of the first experience. For my first interacton with the UPS Store, I'm far from impressed.By Rooster Hooch, July 13, 2017
